BIBLE, pen, notepad or journal, pillow, sleeping bag, umbrella, raincoat, modest everyday clothes, PJ’s, underwear & socks, jacket or sweatshirt, casual dress clothes, hiking boots, closed-toe shoes*, flashlight, modest one-piece swimsuit, insect repellant, sunscreen, long pants*, toiletries, towel, washcloth, soap, Camp Store money, Friendship Banquet attire (teens only)
*required for riding horses
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Food, valuables, iPod/MP3/CD players, walkie-talkies, video games, TV’s, computers, cell phones*, pagers, jewelry, and clothing opposing Christian principles.
If such items are brought to camp, they will be confiscated and kept in the office until the camper is picked up.
*cell phones do not work at Camp Yorktown Bay
